Biography
Todd L. Baritz is an experienced attorney with nearly two decades of experience advocating for clients across a broad spectrum of real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on landlord-tenant disputes. As a dedicated problem-solver, Todd brings a firm practical approach to every case he handles, balancing legal strategy with a deep understanding of the client’s practical needs and goals.
After earning his B.A. in Administration of Justice from Penn State University in 1999, Todd went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2002. During law school, he interned at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, gaining valuable courtroom experience and developing a strong foundation in litigation.
Todd’s legal career began as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph A. Dych in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. In 2005, he joined Baritz Law, where he has since built a reputation for thoughtful advocacy and thorough legal analysis. His practice today focuses on all facets of real estate law, including lease enforcement, eviction proceedings, and Landlord and Tenant disputes.
