William H. Nam

Billy focuses on what is best for his client and offers advice based on his history as a risk management consultant. He is a part of the Complex Litigation team where he handles commercial transactions, real estate litigation, and regulatory disputes. He is a storyteller in the courtroom and loves to see cases through to trial.

Billy earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from Temple University in 2018 and received a dual degree in Human Resource Management and Risk Management and Insurance. In his final year, his team participated in the annual Gamma Iota Sigma Case Competition where his team won best overall presentation, and he earned the best individual presenter award. He worked at a Marsh and McLennan Agency as an Underwriting Consultant before entering law school. He earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law as an evening student while working full-time during the day. He served as the Student Bar Association President during his last year.

Billy spent his last two years of law school clerking for the Honorable Edward C. Wright in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. His clerkship gave him firsthand experience watching hundreds of Landlord-Tenant Appeals, L&I Code Violation Appeals, and PennDOT Appeals per month. This experience has helped him learn the rules of Pennsylvania appellate procedure and is a major reason why he loves to be in court. Billy is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland.
