Biography
Mr. James is an associate at Baritz KBK Law Group where he focuses his practice on representing both residential and commercial landlords in eviction matters, fair housing, attorney general complaints and a variety of civil litigation matters.
Mr. James received his B.S. from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from Drexel’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2017. As an advocate for more equal access to justice, he was a member of the Marshall-Brennan Program where he taught inner-city high school students about fundamental concepts of constitutional law. He also participated in numerous trial advocacy programs to hone his litigation skills, earning the CALI award for Best Performance.
Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Daniel J. Clifford in the Family Law Division of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. While clerking, he was elected as the vice chair for the Montgomery Bar Association’s Children & the Law Committee as well as served as a neutral arbitrator on numerous cases.
Beyond the firm, Mr. James enjoys travelling with his wife and two dogs, exploring the Finger Lakes, or relaxing on the Cape May beaches.
