Cory M. Baritz

Cory M. Baritz is a highly skilled attorney with over a decade of experience in a wide spectrum of real estate matters, with a particular focus on landlord-tenant disputes.

Cory graduated from Emory University in 2002 with a B.A. in economics. While at Emory, Cory was selected as a member of the Dean’s List, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Omicron Delta Epsilon, an international honor society in economics. Cory subsequently graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2005 where he received his Juris Doctor.

After graduating from Temple Law, Cory worked as an attorney at the Defender Association of Philadelphia for more than three years where he practiced criminal defense. In 2009, Cory joined Kenneth L. Baritz & Associates, P.C. Cory is experienced in criminal defense matters, as well as eviction and general real estate matters. In 2014, Cory had the distinct honor of being selected as a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Criminal Defense Lawyers in Pennsylvania.
