J. Ryan Behrmann

Ryan’s practice at Baritz KBK Law Group focuses on real estate and civil litigation. He advises residential and commercial property owners, landlords, and asset management entities in matters involving lease enforcement, ejectments, uninsured injury claims, and regulatory disputes. His approach combines strategic insight and practical problem-solving.

Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Wilkes University. He earned a law degree at Villanova University, where he worked as a Certified Legal Intern in the Civil Justice Clinic and was published by the Jeffery S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. Ryan began his legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Edward C. Wright in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Baritz KBK, Ryan practiced at boutique litigation firms, where he handled commercial disputes, personal injury claims, medical malpractice, and institutional abuse cases.

At Baritz KBK, Ryan litigates property disputes, fair housing disputes, rent collection actions, and emergency motions. Ryan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
